What we did.
Booking With Brooke needed automation that mirrored how their booking team actually worked, not a generic CRM template.
We built five core workflows: a multi-touch welcome series, a lead nurture flow that ran for non-bookers, a booking confirmation sequence, an abandoned-inquiry recovery, and a post-trip review request.
Each workflow was tested with real test contacts before going live. Documentation was handed over so the team could edit copy and timing without breaking logic.
